FINE ALASKAN CUISINE
Our head chef Mark Markham and his talented team of cooks work hard to source the best ingredients Alaska has to offer and create hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for all of our guests and staff. We can cater to all dietary restrictions, please let our office staff know upon check-in.
All of your meals are served in our restaurant located on the premise. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as ample snacks are provided for you. Enjoy a variety of seafood from some of the richest waters in the world. Alaska is famous for it’s halibut, and Copper River red salmon. Every night brings something new to your palate and we cater to all dietary needs.
Each fly day, your guide will supply you with a lunch for your pack. There is nothing better than a picnic out in the zone.
